職工被派遣出境工作，依據(jù)前往國(guó)家或者地區(qū)的法律應(yīng)當(dāng)參加當(dāng)?shù)?a href="http://m.luxwatt.cn/flcs/list_791.html" target="_blank" class="keywordlink">工傷保險(xiǎn)的，參加當(dāng)?shù)毓?a href="http://m.luxwatt.cn/flcs/list_23.html" target="_blank" class="keywordlink">保險(xiǎn)，其國(guó)內(nèi)工傷保險(xiǎn)關(guān)系中止；不能參加當(dāng)?shù)毓ｋU(xiǎn)的，其國(guó)內(nèi)工傷保險(xiǎn)關(guān)系不中止。
